Stepping Stone Solutions specializes in sales training solutions for outside sales professionals and their companies as well as interactive site based sales organizations. We define interactive site based sales as an inside sales position at a retail location or in a business-to-business environment where the sales professional has the opportunity to define the needs of the prospect and actively engage in the sales cycle.

For the past five years Anthony Miller, founder of Stepping Stone Solutions, has traveled the world sharing his cutting edge training methodology and content with thousands. What started as a sales training and consulting firm has grown into an organization that now offers an extensive catalog of training topics that focus on both sales and workplace communication skills. Anthony has blended his experience as the general manager of a $40-million company, his degree in Human Communication from Southern Oregon University and his experience training thousands into a powerful skillset that truly makes a difference to the organizations he works with.

Anthony passionately believes in creating content that is specifically tailored to meet the needs of the audience members. Having conducted over 250 events in 2010 and 2011 in 18 states, Canada and Europe with over 5,700 attendees and an average performance score over 96% Anthony knows how to produce results. Many trainers do an outstanding job of discussing theory, but Anthony produces results by bridging the gap between theory and application, customizing content, weaving powerful stories with cutting edge information, engaging the audience and by making training fun.
