We strongly believe in giving back to the community of which we are a part. To do this we have created our “The Stepping Stone 20% Philosophy.” We give 10% of every employee’s time to the nonprofit of their choice and we also donate 10% of net profits to local nonprofits. Young Entrepreneurs Business Week
YEBW is a unique and inspiring one week summer investment for students, grades 9-12. YEBW is about staying on a college campus immersed in running your own business, facing real challenges, setting real-life goals and preparing yourself for the future. It’s intense and FUN!

Washington Business Week
Washington Business Week is a week-long opportunity for high school students across the state to learn about teamwork, leadership, and setting real-life goals. It’s also about running your own business, facing real challenges and preparing yourself for the future. It’s intense and it’s fun!

Self Enhancement Inc.
Self Enhancement, Inc. (SEI) was founded in 1981 as a one-week basketball camp for high school boys. 26 years later, we have grown to be one of the most comprehensive and effective youth development organizations in the nation, serving over 2300 inner-city young people (ages 8-25) and families annually in year-round academic, enrichment, and family support programs.

Open Meadow Schools
Open Meadow is a private, non-profit, accredited, educational organization serving youth who have not fared well in the public schools. Many of our students dropped out of public school. Many struggled with attendance, academic, or disciplinary issues. We believe that all of them deserve a quality education.
