Onsite Training
Onsite training is the most impactful service we offer. Customized trainings typically take place on-site at your place of business once each week for one hour. Depending on your needs the training series will typically be carried out over 6 – 8 weeks. With each session your team will walk away with enhanced knowledge of how to successfully sell in your specific industry. Each team member will also receive training materials to help reinforce the message while going through the training series and for future review.
We believe that repetition is such a critical element in sales success. Therefore, we also provide your sales management with weekly challenges that will keep the sales team engaged by having them focus on specific aspects of the weekly sales training. With the entire set of weekly challenges your team will face a new and insightful challenge every week for 6 months.
Sessions are highly customized and are not canned packages. In order to truly be effective any training package must address your team needs. We often require several sessions with management and one session with several sales team members theryby identifying the most powerful package possible. Is this more work up front on everyones part?
