Some of the problems you may be encountering are flat lined sales, "saving" a struggling sales rep, revaluating and setting goals with reps, improving the teams sales time management, evaluate the potential effectiveness of a customer relationship management (CRM) system or honing specific skill sets of individual reps.

The package is… an opportunity to indentify the greatest needs of your sales force, and process and develop powerful solutions. We start with a two hour needs assessment that focuses on indentifying the problems and the cause of those problems. This meeting is followed with a written needs assessment report containing recommended actions. Based on recommended actions and your feedback we will strategize how to best resolve the problem(s). Eight hours of thirty minute coaching calls are included with this package to help reinforce and implement the training and changes that occurred.
