You’ll know you’ll need it when… you go on a call with a rep and the meeting seems scattered and/or ineffective. You will also know you need this package when sales are not meeting expectations, you have new hire or a rep is encountering problems at a particular stage of the sales cycle.
This program is… a one of a kind training that gives you visual evidence of the sales reps skill development. Video will be taken of the sales rep going through a sales call with a coworker as the prospect (or our trainer if more appropriate). After a careful review of the results a customized training will be developed to focus on the individual rep’s most critical areas of improvement. At that point a four hour training session will be conducted with the rep that concludes with a new recording of the sales call.
To make sure the training is being correctly and consistently implemented there will be 8 thirty-minute sales coaching phone calls with the rep each week. These sessions give the rep an opportunity to have support with their new skills after applying it their everyday sales. The differences are profound!
